Track Your Work for SNAP/EBT
Keep track of what you do each week to keep your SNAP/EBT food benefits. You need to work 80 hours each month or you could lose benefits after 3 months.
California Update: Most areas don't need to report work yet, but tracking now helps you stay ready.
Do You Need to Report Work?
Check any that apply to you. If any are true, you might not need to report work activities.

Need ideas?
- Did you swap work for goods or services (barter)? For example, taking a friend's kids to school in exchange for groceries. If you didn't get anything in return, that's still volunteering — and it counts.
- Any training or classes this week? Online counts.
- Any time at a place of prayer (church, temple, mosque, etc.), school, or community spot?
- Any gigs: deliveries, babysitting, yard work, pet care?
- Any hours for job search, résumé, or interviews?
